Your ZIP code, who your policy is with now, what you are trying to cover, and your current declarations page if you have it handy. If you do not have all of it, send what you have.
Is there a charge for a quote or a coverage review?+
No. Both are free and there is no obligation.
Do I have to come into the office?+
No. Most of it happens by phone and email. The office is there if you would rather sit down with the paperwork in front of you, and some people prefer that.
