These terms are between you and Michael Duvall Insurance Agency, an independent insurance agency located at 3910 Prospect Ave, Unit C, Yorba Linda, CA 92886. By using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or submit any form.
What the coverage information here is and is not
The descriptions on this site are general information only. They are not a quote, not an offer of insurance, and not a promise that coverage is available. If anything on this site differs from the policy issued by the carrier, the issued policy governs. Nothing on this site binds coverage, changes coverage, or cancels coverage. That only happens when a licensed producer confirms it and the carrier issues, amends, or non-renews the policy. For any date-sensitive change, call the office.
What submitting a form does
Submitting a form asks us to contact you. It does not create an agency relationship, and it does not obligate you to buy coverage or us to provide it. We may decline to quote if we cannot find a suitable market or if the information provided is incomplete. Accurate information matters because carriers rate and underwrite coverage based on what you tell us.
Text message program
The text message program is operated by Michael Duvall Insurance Agency. We may send quote follow-ups, appointment and policy reminders, service updates, and occasional agency news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; after you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and nothing further. To rejoin, sign up the same way you did originally. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the office at (714) 777-3939. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have questions about your wireless plan, contact your provider. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. We operate the program consistent with CTIA messaging principles and applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Our full privacy practices are on the Privacy page. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive text messages from Michael Duvall Insurance Agency. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Site content and acceptable use
The content on this site belongs to Michael Duvall Insurance Agency and is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, copy, or republish it to compete with this site or mislead consumers. You may not use our name, logo, or license number in a way that suggests an endorsement or connection that does not exist. You may not use this site for unlawful purposes or attempt to access our systems in an unauthorized way. We link to outside sites for convenience, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Availability, changes, and governing law
We may change these terms, the site content, or the services available through the site at any time. The site is provided as-is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or error-free. These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the California Insurance Code or any duty we owe you as a licensed insurance producer.
